Kwara SDP Guber Candidate Hakeem Lawal Berates APC Over Naira and Fuel Scarcity

The Gubernatorial Candidate of the Social Democratic Party’s (SDP) in Kwara State Alhaji Hakeem Oladimeji Lawal has condemned the insensitivity of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) over the lingering fuel and naira scarcity that have subjected the masses to untoward hardship.

Lawal via a press statement signed by the Deputy Director, Media and Strategic Communications of the Hakeem Lawal Campaign Organization, Abdulrasheed Akogun, maintained that the ruling APC has shown for the umpteenth time, that the plight of the masses is not their concern.

Hakeem Lawal who described the hardship as artificial and a direct bye product of the APC led government lack of proper planning and strategic implementation of policies.

The gubernatorial hopeful added that “It’s sad that the masses are now being subjected to excruciating hardship to access two of the most important needs of daily survival, fuel and cash.

He however advised Kwarans to remain calm and be law abiding, urging them to rather transfer their grievances against the ruling APC at the polls, by ensuring that they reject the party that has brought us all this untoward hardship.
